Located on Elgin Street, on the ceremonial route to the Cenotaph and Houses of Parliament in the heart of Downtown Ottawa, the Lord Elgin Hotel overlooks the Confederation Park, home to many festivals. Most of the guestrooms of the Lord Elgin Hotel are inspired by the Biedermier style, which emerged in Europe after the Napoleonic Wars.
